Right to refund

Return Policy

You have the right to cancel your order up to 30 days after receipt without giving a reason. After cancellation, you have an additional 30 days to return the product. You will then be credited the full order amount including shipping costs.

• For defective products: No cost to the customer. This applies when the product is incorrect, damaged during transport, or otherwise defective.
• For withdrawal (change of mind): Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to us with all delivered accessories and, if reasonably possible, in original condition and packaging. To exercise this right, please contact us by email at info@panorla.com. We refund the total order amount via the original payment method within 7 days after receiving and approving the return.

Return Conditions:

1. Condition: Products must not be used, washed, or damaged.

2. Packaging: Original packaging should be intact, if possible.

How to return:

1. Contact us: Send an email to info@panorla.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

2. Get return instructions: We will send you a return authorization and step-by-step guidance.

3. Pack your item: Pack the item securely in the original packaging, including all accessories, tags, and documents.
   

4. Send it back: Drop off your package at the nearest shipping company according to the instructions in the return email.
