30-day easy returns
At Panorla we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you're not satisfied, we offer an easy returns process.

Returns policy overview
• Return period: You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to return items.
• Condition: Items must be unused, in their original condition and returned with the original packaging.
• Easy returns: Returning items to us is easy, and our customer service team is ready to help you.

Return costs

• For faulty products: No cost to the customer. This applies when the product is incorrect, damaged in transit or otherwise defective.
• For change of mind: Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

How to return an item

1. Contact us: Send an email to info@panorla.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

2. Get return instructions: We'll send you a return authorisation and step-by-step guidance.

3. Pack your item: Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories, tags and documents.

4. Send it back: Drop your parcel at the nearest courier in line with the instructions in the return email.

Refund process
• Inspection: Once we receive your return, we'll inspect the item to make sure it meets our return requirements.
• Refund: After inspection, your refund is processed. It usually takes 7 business days for the money to appear on your original payment method, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges
Want to exchange for a different size, colour or product? No problem! Contact us and we'll help you quickly and easily.

Items that cannot be returned
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned. These products will be clearly marked as non-returnable in the product description.
