
What is your return policy?
You have 30 days to cancel your order and an additional 30 days to return the item. Once we have received the product in good condition, we will refund the full amount, including original shipping costs.
How long does it take to process a return?
Once we have received your return package, we process it within 7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email when the refund is completed.
What is the delivery time and shipping cost?
We offer free standard delivery in Denmark, the United Kingdom, and Poland. Delivery time is usually 7–10 business days, including processing and shipping. Any customs delays are not included. You can find all details in our Shipping Policy.
Do you ship internationally?
No – we currently only deliver to addresses in Denmark, the United Kingdom, and Poland. This ensures faster delivery and better customer service.
How do I track my order?
