30-day easy returns
At Panorla, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer an easy return process.

• Return period: You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to return items.
• Condition: Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with the original packaging.
• Easy returns: It is easy to return items to us, and our customer service team is ready to assist you.
Return costs
• For defective products: No cost to the customer. This applies when the product is incorrect, damaged during transport, or otherwise defective.
• In case of withdrawal (change of mind): Returns are still free. You will receive a prepaid return label. We cover the return shipping – but shipping costs from your original purchase are not refunded.
How to return an item

Pack your item: Pack the item securely in the original packaging, including all accessories, tags, and documents.

Print return label: We will send you a prepaid return label. Just print it and attach it to the package.

Send it back: Drop off your package at the nearest shipping company according to the instructions in the return email.
Refund process
• Inspection: When we receive your return, we will inspect the item to ensure it meets our return requirements.
• Refund: After inspection, your refund will be processed. It usually takes 7 business days for the money to appear on your original payment method, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Exchanges
Want to exchange for a different size, color, or product? No problem! Contact us and we will help you quickly and easily.
Non-returnable items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned. These products will be clearly marked as non-returnable in the product description.
