RETURN AND REFUND

What is your return policy?
You have 30 days to cancel your order and an additional 30 days to return the item. Once we have received the product in good condition, we will refund the full amount, including the original shipping costs.

Are there any costs associated with returning products?
No – returns are free. You will receive a free return label to print. We recommend using Track & Trace so the package can be tracked. Read more in our Return Policy.

How long does it take to process a return?
Once we have received your return package, we process it within 7 business days. You will receive a confirmation by email when the refund is completed.

ORDERING AND DELIVERY

What is the delivery time and shipping cost?
We offer free standard delivery in Denmark. Delivery time is usually 7–10 business days, including processing and shipping. Any customs delays are not included. You can find all details in our Shipping Policy.

Do you ship internationally?
No – we currently only deliver to addresses in Denmark. This ensures faster delivery and better customer service.

How do I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link. You can also track the package via our page: Track your order

Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and UnionPay. The available methods are shown at checkout. See our Payment Policy for more details.

Will I get an invoice?
Yes – you will automatically receive an invoice by email when your order is completed.

Do some payment methods cost extra?
No – we do not charge fees for any of the available payment methods. Any surcharges are clearly shown at checkout, if applicable.
